Justice Legal Team

A prosecutor from Logan County will lead up the legal team for new Governor Jim Justice. Brian Abraham will serve as Justice’s general counsel. Governor Justice also is bringing with him from the Tomblin administration, Joey Garcia to be his senior counsel for legislation and policy.
