Email Scam Reported at Marshall

An email that went to more than 500 Marshall students last week said it had in important update, but the school says it contained an embedded link that redirected students to a fraudulent website, and was a scam. In fact they’re warning all students to keep an eye out for scams heading into the new school year. Last’s week phishing scam tried to capture university email user names and passwords.
