One Man is Hurt in Gas Line Explosion

A man is recovering from burns today after a gas line exploded Monday in Putnam County. It happened Monday afternoon near Winfield, and dispatchers said two men were working on the line when something caused a spark and the explosion. The gas company, Putnam County Sheriff’s Office, and state police are among the groups to respond.
