Deputies Look for Robbery Suspect

A Monday robbery is still under investigation. It happened shortly after 2:00 p.m. in the parking lot of the Go-Mart in Elkview on Frame Road. Sgt B-D Humphrys says a forty-five year old woman said a man fought her and stole her purse after she walked out of the store and was making her way to her car. She described a thinly built, white male about 5’7” tall in a plaid jacket trying to steal her purse and said he knocked her to the ground and took off in a silver Jeep.
