Charleston police cruisers vandalized

A man is facing felony charges for vandalizing several Charleston police cruisers. It happened around noon on Monday outside the police station on Ruffner Avenue. Police say Jeffery Havis kicked and hit one cruiser, broke the windshield wiper off another, and threw bricks at a third. The initial damage estimate is more than 2-thousand-dollars.
