Largest drug bust in Cabell County history

Police are calling it the largest drug bust in Cabell County history. Sheriff’s Deputies seized over four pounds of heroin from a home in the Highlawn area of Huntington. That amount of heroin has a street value of 200-thousand-dollars. Wayne Cook is charged with possession with intent to deliver. Sheriff Chuck Zerkle believes Cook is a major player in the drug trade in the area.
