WV top states to provide Americorps

West Virginia is one of the top states at providing members to AmeriCorps. AmeriCorps’ network of local, state and national service programs engage more than 80-thousand projects around the nation each year. The organization says West Virginia is third on the list of the top ten member-producing states and cities. Washington, DC was on the list as well and placed first while Minnesota took the second slot. AmeriCorps uses more than 75-members in intensive service annually.
