WV Teenager making threats

State Police say a third West Virginia teenager has been charged with making violent threats at a middle school. State Police spokesman Lt. Michael Baylous says in a news release that a 13-year-old boy from Clay was charged in a juvenile petition Thursday with making terroristic threats, conspiracy to commit murder and solicitation to commit murder. Two other boys, ages 13 and 15, were charged on Monday.
