WV lawsuit against Drug Company

West Virginia is joining dozens of other states in a lawsuit against a drug company. The suit contends that the makers of Suboxone [[ Sub-ox-own ]] tried to block competition by delaying or preventing generic alternatives. The drug is used for easing drug addictions and the legal action targets MonoSol Rx and Reckitt Benckiser Pharmaceuticals. West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey says the lawsuit looks to provide relief to consumers and decrease the financial price of treatment.
