Workman wants impeachment trial delayed

State Supreme Court Justice Margaret Workman wants her impeachment trial proceedings moved to after the November General Election. Workman is set to go on trial October 15th, but her attorneys argue the trail should wait until after the election because the negative publicity surrounding the election could threaten her right to a fair and impartial trial.
