Woman charged in St. Albans shooting

A woman is under arrest for shooting a man in the head. Twenty-three-year-old Ashley Kyle is charged with malicious wounding. She shot at the victim, 35-year-old Michael Ward, as he was driving away from a home on Riverview Drive. Kyle says she shot Ward because he beat her children.
