Wheeling Island Stadium Repaired

The repairs have been made to Wheeling Island Stadium ahead of schedule. The landmark stadium was closed in mid-April after it was discovered a concrete slab in the west stands had shifted. During the inspection a section of the stadium fell onto a fence. Soccer games will return to Wheeling Island Stadium later this week, and the first high school football game will be played on September 15th.
