Uber at Yeager

Uber is accused of operating at Yeager Airport without a contract. The ride-sharing company is expected to reach a deal to work from the airport in the near future but officials say it is being done now and shouldn’t be. West Virginia lawmakers passed a law in the last Legislative session to allow Uber to operate at Yeager. Governor Tomblin signed it into law but a formal agreement between the state and Uber is not yet in place.
