Teachers strike enters day 4
It is day four of the West Virginia teacher’s strike. Union leaders say they will be back on the picket line today, and will return to the Capitol for another rally. Governor Justice held town hall meetings in the northern part of the state yesterday. He says teachers need to be back in the classroom.
