Teachers hold candlelight vigil on Capitol steps

Sunday night more than one-hundred people came out for a candlelight vigil on the Capitol steps. The event was organized by the Kanawha County teacher and service personnel unions. Organizers called it a time to come together and refresh teachers spirits and purpose.
