Suspect On Trial Third Time

A Kanawha County murder suspect will go on trial for the third time. Tremaine Jackson has been tried twice already over accusations he used a gun to kill Bryan Rogers in a 2015 drug related death. Prosecutors say Jackson confessed to the West Charleston crime at first but later took back his statement. His trials have ended twice due to jury problems but a judge yesterday set a bond and scheduled a new trial for November.
