State Errors

Gov. Jim Justice says state officials’ errors for three straight years have resulted in late federal filings, now resulting in state colleges having to float a greater share of student loan funding upfront. The first-year governor, in a public statement, is promising to find out who is responsible and then “heads will roll.”
