Social bullying in school
With social media being such a hot tool for kids, bullying has changed. Now people are turning to the worldwide web for some cyber bullying. Melissa Gray is a parent of a 7th grader and 11th grader and explains as a parent it’s important to monitor her children’s social media to prevent bullying. According to cyberbullying.org, 34 percent of teens last year admitted to being bullied. To prevent incidents like the one at Woodrow Wilson High School, law enforcement and parents urge children to say something to their school administrators when they see it.
