Senate compromise on teacher pay

The West Virginia Senate is trying to come up with a compromise on pay and insurance benefits before a statewide teacher walkout Thursday and Friday. The “Gazette” reports that Senate leadership hope to move a plan out of committee and on to the full Senate by later today or tomorrow morning.
