School Building Authority member resigns

A member of the West Virginia School Building Authority is stepping down. Tom Lange submitted his resignation yesterday, and said he believe the changes being made at the Authority are not in the best interest of taxpayers. A spokesman for Governor Justice says the authority has a history of backroom deals, and the changes create an open, fair and transparent process.
