Richardson Wants to be next Mayor

Charleston City Councilman Andy Richardson wants to be the next mayor of Charleston. The Democrat grew up in Charleston, graduated from Charleston High School in 1976 and has served on the city council for the past six years. He will need to beat former state tourism commissioner Amy Goodwin in the May 2018 primary in order to have a chance in November.
