Putting the brakes on Supreme Court impeachment trials

The acting West Virginia Supreme Court is effectively halting the impeachment proceedings against justices Robin Davis and Allen Loughry. The court stopped Justice Beth Walker’s impeachment trial, and that decision also applies to all of the other justices facing similar charges.
