Porch pirate under arrest

Police have arrested a man accused of stealing packages off porches in the Edgewood area. Forty-year-old James Cummings was caught on surveillance video driving a stolen jeep and stealing packages along Swathmore Avenue and Beech Street in late November. Cummings is charged with receiving or transferring stolen goods.
