Police investigating suicide near Wesbanco arena
Wheeling police are investigating what appears to be a suicide. Last night someone jumped off the parking garage of the Robert Byrd Transportation Center. Witnesses saw a man jump off the garage down to 14th Street near Wesbanco Arena. An investigation is ongoing.
