Pipeline

Plans are moving forward for the Atlantic Coast Pipeline. The proposed 600-mile natural gas transmission pipeline would pass through West Virginia as it goes to Virginia and North Carolina. A construction contract has been signed for the project while the company behind the line waits for final regulatory approval. Construction is expected to generate more than 17-thousand jobs and billions in economic growth for cities and counties in the project area.
