Photographs for Holidays

Photographs of members of the military and first responders will be showcased on two trees at the West Virginia State Capitol Complex during the holidays. Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin and first lady Joanne Jaeger Tomblin are asking residents of the state to submit photos for the threes.
