Phase 2 of the I-64 construction project begins next week

The state Division of Highways says Phase one of the I-64 construction project is complete and open to traffic between Milton and Hurricane. Phase two, a five-mile section between Hurricane and Teays Valley, will begin next week. A contra-flow lane will be set up on the eastbound side.
