Ohio woman accused of running over a pedestrian

An Ohio woman is under arrest for running over a man in Southside. Fifty-four-year-old Bunky Cline is charged with murder in the death of 56-year-old Carl Hooton. Cline admits hitting Hooten with her vehicle early Friday morning near Chief Cornstalk Pond. She was taken to the hospital for blood tests under suspicion of DUI.
