Nitro Gets Tough on Property Owners

The Nitro City Council has approved an ordinance that will penalize property owners for having homes that are problems for police. If landlords are renting to repeat drug offenders they can now be fined $500 per day until they start the eviction process. Other crimes count too, like prostitution and gambling.
