Man fires a shot to collect $40 debt

A Huntington man is accused of firing a shot at another man to collect a 40-dollar debt. Twenty-six-year-old Paul Workman went to a home in Hamlin to collect the debt, and fired his weapon and forced a man to retrieve property to cover the debt. Workman is facing several charges, including armed robbery and wanton endangerment.
