Loughry makes court appearance

Suspended West Virginia Supreme Court Justice Allen Loughry was back in federal court Monday. Most of the pre-trial hearing was about trying to select a jury. Loughry’s attorney said the publicity surrounding the upcoming impeachment proceedings may make it difficult to find people who are not following the story. Loughry is facing a 25-count indictment. His trial is set to begin October 2nd.
