Loughry asking for new trial

Convicted state Supreme Court Justice Allen Loughry is asking for a new trial. Loughry’s attorney filed a motion asking for a new trial on Friday and requested a transcript of a portion of the previous trial Loughry was convicted earlier this month on eleven federal charges.
