Lexy is a miracle

Lexy Blair, a 16-year-old from Hedgesville High School, said she has found her own personal strength after overcoming what her doctors called a miracle. Lexy, who has been dancing since age 3, spends all of her free time practicing routines and dancing at Extreme Dance Studios in Martinsburg.
