Ketchum’s law license annulled

Former state Supreme Court Justice Menis Ketchum is no longer allowed to practice law in West Virginia. The high court annulled Ketchum’s law license. He resigned from the Supreme Court in July and pleaded guilty to wire fraud for personal use of a state credit card.
