Kentucky trying to collect back taxes from Justice family company

A Kentucky prosecutor is trying a new tactic to collect delinquent property taxes from a Justice family company. The Knott county Attorney is intercepting royalty payments from local coal operators to Kentucky Fuel, which was owned by Governor Justice, but is now controlled by his children. The company owes more than two-million-dollars in back taxes.
