Kentucky trying new tactic to collect back taxes from Justice

A Kentucky prosecutor is trying a new tactic to collect delinquent property taxes from a Justice family company. The Knott county Attorney is intercepting royalty payments from local coal operators to kentucky Fuel, which h was owned by Governor Justice, but is now controlled by his children. The company owes more than two-million-dollars in back taxes.
