Kanwaha County Sheriff’s Office Will Be Part of Drug Takeback Day Saturday
Deputy Sheriffs will be at each of the five Kanawha County Sheriff’s detachments as part of the nationwide Drug Takeback Day. Between 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. the deputies will collect unused prescription drugs at the Quincy, Cross Lanes, Elkview, St. Albans, and Sissonville locations. They’ll also have a box that’s available for prescription drug take-back during all business hours year round, and you can find it just inside one of the entrances on Goshhorn Street in Charleston, across from the Old County Courthouse.
