Governor Justice says they have found nearly 120-million-dollars to help close this year’s state budget shortfall. The governor says the continued analysis of West Virginia’s finances by the Justice administration identified that there is approximately 120-million unspent money from the last five years. Justice is suggesting the Legislature use as little money as possible from the state’s Rainy Day fund to plug the 2017 budget hole.
