Judge Tosses Lawsuit Over NRA T-shirt

A federal judge has tossed a lawsuit filed against the Logan County Board of Education by the mother of a teenager who was told to turn his NRA T-shirt inside out when he came to school. The lawsuit claimed the woman’s son’s constitutional rights had been violated. The Charleston Gazette-Mail reports that a federal judge dismissed the case because of the inaction of plaintiff’s attorney, who said he plans to refile the lawsuit this week.
