House of Delegates reconsidering impeachment charges

The House of Delegates may head back into special session to re-consider impeachment against some members of the state Supreme Court. Members of the House impeachment committee met Friday to discuss their options. The high court issued an order Thursday throwing out the impeachment case against Supreme Court Chief Justice Margaret Workman. That order extended to retired Justice Robin Davis and convicted Justice Allen Loughry.
