Governor Justice fills open cabinet positions

Governor Justice has filled two open cabinet positions. Delegate Jill Upson will oversee the Office of Minority Affairs, and Senator Ed Gaunch is the Secretary of Commerce, taking over from Woody Thrasher who resigned in June.
