Governor calls troopers’ actions inexcusable
Governor Justice is weighing in on the suspension of two West Virginia State Troopers who are accused of beating a teenager after a pursuit in Martinsburg. Justice called the troopers’ actions “ridiculous and inexcusable.” The troopers are suspended without pay following the November 19th incident.
