Gov. Justice considering candidates to fill Supreme Court vacancies

The Judicial Vacancy Advisory Commission has sent a list of candidates to Governor Jim Justice to temporarily fill two vacant state Supreme Court seats. This list includes former House Speaker Tim Armstead and Congressman Evan Jenkins. The vacancies were created by the retirement of Justices Menis Ketchum and Robin Davis. The chosen candidates will fill the empty seats until new justices are elected in November.
