Fatal shooting in Barboursville
A suspect is in custody after a fatal shooting in Barboursville. Seventy-year-old Philip Boggs was shot when he got into a fight with 66-year-old Arnel Stutler at a home on Heath Creek Road. Stutler is charged with murder.
