Drunk driver sentenced in wrong-way crash
An Ohio man will spend up to 55 years in prison for a drunken driving crash that killed four people on the West Virginia Turnpike in 2016. Thirty-eight-year-old Cory Sheward was drunk when he crossed the median and continued heading south in the northbound lanes and crashed into an SUV, killing four of the eight people in the vehicle. Sheward pleaded guilty in October.
