Day 4 of Loughry trial

Suspended West Virginia Supreme Court Justice Allen Loughry was in court for the fourth day of his federal trial yesterday. Five witnesses took the stand, and jurors heard details about lavish spending to redecorate Loughry’s office, moving a state owned couch and desk out of Loughry’s home, and his personal use of a state car and credit card. Court will reconvene Monday morning.
