Controversy surrounds fallen soldier’s funeral

Lawmakers say they will introduce legislation that will allow military funeral services to be held in any West Virginia school. Specialist Nicholas Jividens’ funeral was held Monday, and his family requested to hold the funeral at Poca High School, but that request was denied. School officials say there is no policy in place that would permit a school facility to be used for such a function.
