Commission accepting applications for WV Supreme Court vacancy

The West Virginia Supreme Court is searching for a new justice. The Judicial Vacancy Advisory Commission is accepting applications to fill convicted Justice Allen Loughry’s seat. Loughry was convicted on eleven federal counts last month. The commission will conduct interviews, and make recommendations to the Governor.
