Charleston Attorney Arrested for DUI

The lead federal prosecutor who put coal executive Don Blankenship behind bars for a year on mine safety violations was arrested for drunk driving around 1 am Wednesday in Charleston. Lawyer and former assistant U.S. Attorney Steven Ruby was pulled over in downtown Charleston and told police he was at work and had four glasses of wine and then left work to head home. Police said Ruby failed field sobriety tests and blew a .200 on an intoximeter and was taken to South Central Regional Jail.
