Buildings will be Torn down in Kanawha

More than 100 unsafe and abandoned homes and buildings will be torn down this year in Kanawha County. The county has a budget of a million dollars to demolish the old structures. On average, the cost to pay for permits, asbestos testing and the actual demo is nearly nine-thousand dollars per structure.
